STEP TWO | PLAN

After you reserve your due date, we’ll start dreaming up your session! I’ll send over a questionnaire so that I can learn more about your family. You’ll also receive a styling guide and we will start a Pinterest board together.
STEP THREE | SESSION

Your session will be fun, relaxed, and tailored to your family! Newborn sessions typically last 1-2 hours long. I will send out a preparation guide prior to your session day to ensure you have all of the details you need before you arrive.
STEP FOUR | GALLERY

A week after your session, you will receive your fully edited gallery preview via an online gallery slideshow. From here, you will able to view your images, choose a collection, and purchase luxury artwork from the comfort of your own home.

Your whole world is about to change in the best way possible! This is the beginning of your baby’s family story. The story they’ll someday tell their children and grandchildren. The newborn stage is short, mama. You have a very small window of opportunity to document your first family photos, while everything is still so new. This is why it’s so important for you to choose your photographer wisely.

I’m Destiney, an award-winning photographer specializing in Cincinnati Newborn Photography. I have years of experience working with babies and a passion for documenting the magic of those early days with your newborn. You deserve family-centered portraits to document your story and showcase your family’s love for one another. I am here to document all of the details for you. The emotions, the love, the little newborn details that you’ll miss oh so much one day. I want you to be able to relive this journey for the rest of your lives.

General Questions

The best time to book in your due date is as soon as you know that I’m the photographer for you! The sooner, the better. I only accept a limited number of bookings each month so it’s best to ensure we have your due date secured on my calendar! Once baby arrives, we will plan an exact date.
Newborn sessions take place 1-8 weeks after birth. The earlier the session, the more sleepy baby will be. If you’d prefer for baby to be awake, we will book after 4 weeks. This will be discussed in your newborn questionnaire which is sent over upon booking.
Typically, your session will take place in the stunning, all white Cincinnati studio space which can be viewed in my galleries. The exact area is Elmwood Place. You will receive the full address and parking details prior to your session. I’m open to discussing outdoor and in-home sessions as well!
No, pets are not allowed in the studio. However, I love pets! I’m happy to chat about taking the session outdoors or to your home so that you may include your fur babies.

Absolutely! Make sure you book the Signature Experience or the Storyteller Series. Family is welcome to join in on these experiences. However, Simplicity Sessions are focused on 1 subject only.
I’ve got you covered! I’ll send over a styling guide full of wardrobe advice for the whole family. Typically, I recommend neutrals with the occasional pop of color. I’ll have a curated selection of gowns available for use and neutral wraps/simple outfits for baby.
Hair and makeup is an add-on option. If you’d like to get pampered in the studio or in your own home prior to your session, I’ll connect you with one of my preferred artists. You will pay her directly.
That is completely up to you (although I know you’re going to love them all!). I understand that everyone has different needs and preferences, which is why I allow you to choose a digital collection after you’ve viewed your images. Collections are set at 5, 10, 20, or all 40+.
